Informações para fornecimento de nossos produtos e serviços

Oferecemos diversos produtos e serviços (por exemplo, suporte técnico e serviços profissionais) com diferentes métodos de entrega. Alguns podem ser utilizados como soluções locais (on-premises) ou na nuvem. Alguns produtos podem ser usados apenas em dispositivos móveis.

Produtos on-premise (instalados localmente)

A TCG Process não tem acesso a nenhum dado contido nos documentos que você processa em nossos produtos on-premise. Por exemplo, ao digitalizar, converter ou reconhecer um documento usando o DocProStar, a TCG Process não tem acesso aos dados contidos nesse documento. A TCG Process pode receber apenas dados agregados sobre o uso do produto (por exemplo, estatísticas) para fins de faturamento, análise e prevenção de fraudes.

Produtos móveis

O TCG Process DocSnap permite que usuários móveis capturem e transmitam imagens de documentos para um ambiente DocProStar de destino. O aplicativo em si não solicita nenhuma informação pessoal e a TCG Process não tem acesso aos dados dos documentos processados no app DocSnap. Com base na configuração definida no ambiente de destino do DocProStar pelo cliente que utiliza o aplicativo, o app pode solicitar que o usuário insira dados pessoais como e-mail, data de nascimento etc. Como a TCG Process não tem acesso a esses dados, recomendamos que consulte a política de privacidade do cliente que configurou o aplicativo DocSnap para obter mais informações.

A TCG oferece uma versão de demonstração do DocSnap e, ao utilizar essa versão, os usuários consentem com a coleta, o processamento e o uso de seus dados conforme descrito nesta política. Os usuários podem revogar esse consentimento a qualquer momento entrando em contato conosco. A versão demo do DocSnap coleta informações de contato de seus usuários. Ao utilizar o software de demonstração, quaisquer dados enviados durante seu uso serão processados e armazenados em nosso ambiente de nuvem seguro localizado na Suíça, para fornecer as funcionalidades necessárias dos serviços. Os usuários são responsáveis por garantir que os dados enviados não violem direitos de terceiros nem leis aplicáveis. Implementamos medidas de segurança robustas, incluindo criptografia e controles de acesso rigorosos, para proteger os dados dos usuários em nosso ambiente de nuvem. Não processamos os dados enviados na versão demo (os quais podem ou não incluir dados pessoais ou sensíveis) para nenhuma outra finalidade além da prestação dos serviços de demonstração. A versão demo pode utilizar cookies e tecnologias de rastreamento similares para melhorar a experiência do usuário e coletar estatísticas de uso. Usamos as informações de contato coletadas para fins de marketing. Os dados enviados por usuários da demo serão excluídos ou anonimizados para fins analíticos após 6 meses do envio.

Produtos em nuvem hospedados pela TCG Process

Para nossos produtos baseados em nuvem, a TCG Process pode ter acesso aos dados nos documentos que você processa, armazena ou gerencia por meio de nossos serviços. Esse acesso é necessário para fornecer e melhorar nossos serviços, garantir segurança, realizar backups e cumprir obrigações legais. Implementamos medidas de segurança rigorosas para proteger seus dados e garantir a confidencialidade. Who will we share your data with and where do we transfer the personal data?

If necessary to perform a service you request from us, to execute an order you have placed or to follow-up on your enquiries, we will share your information with other TCG Process entities or third party service providers, for example email and hosting providers, suppliers and delivery services.

We may transfer personal data to locations outside of the jurisdiction in which we provide our services to you. We may process your data within Switzerland and the EU/EEA as well as the United States. For example, we currently collaborate with marketing service provider who are headquartered in the United States. If and to the extent your personal data is transferred to and/or stored at a destination outside of Switzerland/EU/EEA, we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely. To the extent that these countries are outside the EEA and the EU has not adopted an adequacy decision for these countries, we have made appropriate arrangements to ensure an adequate level of data protection for any data transfers. These include, for example, the EU’s standard contractual clauses. In these cases, however, it is possible and there is a risk that authorities in the respective third country (e.g., intelligence services) may gain access to the transferred data and that the enforcement of your data subject rights cannot be guaranteed. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place technical and organisational measures to safeguard and secure the information we process from you. We ensure a high level of security for particularly confidential data, for example with regard to your inquiries to us, by using SSL encryption. However, we would like to take this opportunity to point out the general dangers of Internet use over which we have no control.

How long do we store your data?

We retain information about you only for as long as we need it for the purposes for which it was collected. After that time your personal data will be erased (unless we have the statutory right or obligation to further keep this data).

Information, Deletion, Blocking

You can obtain information free of charge at any time about the personal data we have stored about you and about the origin, recipient and purpose of data collection and data processing. You also have the right to demand the correction, blocking or deletion of your data. Excluded from this is data that is kept due to legal regulations or is required for proper business processing. Analysis tool Matomo

We use "Matomo" (formerly "Piwik"), an open-source project of InnoCraft Ltd. as a web analytics service on our website. The operator InnoCraft Ltd. is located at 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand (hereinafter referred to as: "InnoCraft"). Matomo uses cookies, which are small text files that are stored on your terminal device and enable an analysis of your use of our website. For this analysis, the cookies are stored on your computer. The information collected in this way is stored exclusively on our server. Our website uses Matomo with the extension "AnonymizeIP". This means that IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, so that a direct link to your person and your personal data can be excluded. Web fonts from Adobe typekit

Our website uses so-called web fonts provided by Adobe Typekit for the uniform display of fonts. We use a plugin of the internet service Google Maps on our website. The operator of Google Maps is Google Inc, located in the USA, CA 94043, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View. By using Google Maps on our website, information about the use of this website and your IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and also stored on this server. We have no knowledge about the exact content of the transmitted data, nor about their use by Google. In this context, the company denies the connection of the data with information from other Google services and the collection of personal data. However, Google may transmit the information to third parties. If you disable Javascript in your browser, you prevent Google Maps from running.
