Three Years On: How INTEGRIM Is Expanding Its Use of OCTO

The INTEGRIM–TCG Process partnership demonstrates how the right automation foundation can help partners extend their solutions, address new use cases, and create more value for customers over time.

In 2023, INTEGRIM and TCG Process shared how INTEGRIM was moving from a traditional hard-coded document automation approach to OCTO. The objective was to gain greater flexibility, scalability, customization, and straight-through processing while reducing the need for manual intervention.

The implementation delivered strong results, including processing cycles of up to 95% straight-through processing for clients.

Three years later, INTEGRIM is building on that foundation and expanding the role of OCTO within its technology environment and customer solutions.

Building on the Original Implementation

INTEGRIM has extended its use of OCTO in two important areas.

OCTO is now integrated into INTEGRIM’s existing AI-powered ECM workflow application as a human-in-the-loop (HITL) service, replacing a competitor’s solution previously used for that function.

At the same time, INTEGRIM is using OCTO to support new automation use cases, including automated email triage for the financial services and insurance industries.

The progression demonstrates the flexibility of OCTO as an orchestration platform: partners can introduce new capabilities into an established environment, integrate AI services, and apply the same technology to different business processes as requirements evolve.

More Value for Partners—and Their Customers

The INTEGRIM experience also illustrates the wider value of a technology partnership.

For partners, OCTO can complement the solutions and services they already provide, helping them respond to additional customer requirements and evolve to leverage an array of AI services without having to replace or rebuild their existing technology environment.

This creates opportunities to broaden their solution portfolio, add new automation capabilities, and offer greater flexibility and customization to customers.

The original INTEGRIM implementation also demonstrated how standardized package offerings could be created and adapted to individual requirements, while the low-code-no-code approach reduced reliance on specialized programming resources.

For a partner, that means the potential to do more with the solutions and customer relationships already in place: address a wider range of customer needs, continually evolve the offering as technology and customer needs change, and create new value from established relationships.

A Partnership Built to Progress

The story shows how a partnership can continue to develop after implementation—supporting both the evolution of existing solutions and the introduction of entirely new applications.

Three years after the original implementation, Integrim is not smply continuing to use OCTO. It is expanding where and how it uses the platform – from document automation to human in the loop AI services and new process automation use cases.

For organizations considering how automation and AI could fit into their own offering, the updated INTEGRIM case study provides a practical example of how to establish a foundation today that can continue to evolve tomorrow.
